- Rendam cingur yg sudah empuk dg air garam lalu goreng.
- Goreng tahu dan tempenya juga dg air garam saja.
- Kukus kangkung dan taoge.
- Ulek bumbunya sampai kekentalan yg diinginkan..jangan encer2. Koreksi rasa.
- Masukkan kangkung, taoge, irisan timun, potongan tahu, tempe, cingur, mangga, lontong, bendoyo.
- Aduk jadi satu dicobek ya...
- Siap disajikan.
- Ini penampakan gedhang klutuk / pisang mentah.
